Hot Pepper Flakes Redefined

Stop using the same old red pepper flakes

We have created a better alternative for those who love to spice up their food.

How is it made?

The right peppers with the right preparation gives the perfect heat.

We use the freshest serrano peppers which are sun-dried for 5 days to naturally dehydrate them. Although it takes a very long time, we use this process to ensure its natural flavors and spiciness are not lost.

Once all the moisture has been removed, the dried peppers are full or flavor with its original heat that is perfect to add to your food.

We crush the peppers finer than the typical crushed peppers you see in the market to allow mixing into your food evenly and control the amount of heat.

Green Fuego is packaged in an easy-to-dispense jar that you can sprinkle as necessary that allows to you easily control the amount.

How do you add heat to your dish?

Green Fuego is the perfect way to make your dish spicy without altering the original flavor.

When you are cooking a spicy dish, you typically add spices like cayenne, or fresh peppers like jalapenos to provide the spiciness. However unless that is intended, you inevitably add the flavor of the peppers into your dish. A good example is when making soups spicy by adding peppers.

Similarly when you want to add heat to the dish you are eating, you would typically add hot sauce, but every sauce has a unique flavor that will alter the original flavor or the dish.

Green Fuego is designed to bring spicenss of fresh peppers to your food, without altering the original flavor of the dish!

Chicken Broth Test

Here's a fun challenge to we like to offer our customers.

Add unflavored, unsalted chicken broth (a simple store bought chicken broth works perfectly) to a pot and add fresh peppers of your choice, such as jalapeno peppers. Bring the broth to a simmer.

Now do the same but instead of peppers use Green Fuego.

If you taste the two broths side-by-side, you will notice that Green Fuego did not alter the taste of the broth, but just made it spicier.

Simple ways to enjoy

We have tried these on almost anything and here are some recommendations.

Breakfast: eggs, hashbrown, breakfast burrito
Also great on Asian food, like fried rice and broccoli beef
Even makes snacks better: chips, cheese balls, pretzel mix, dips
Because Green Fuego was created to be a part of any recipe, we are discovering that it goes well with a lot food, some that are even unexpected.
